I practise in the field of commercial disputes.

I have specialised in intellectual property, technology and media disputes and commercial litigation since commencing practice in 2000.  I completed a Master of Law at the University of Cambridge in 2004 and have practised as a barrister sole since 2009.  I regularly advise on complex commercial disputes and act as counsel on trial and appellate cases, including interim injunction cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.

I was named as a “Leading” barrister for intellectual property disputes by Doyle’s Guide in 2018.

Details of the types of work which I do and recent cases in which I have acted as counsel can be found here.
